Our oat flour has a subtle sweet whole grain flavor. Oats are higher in protein and healthy fats, and lower in carbohydrates. Oat flour can be used to replace flour in most recipes for more nutritional value and unique flavor. It’s perfect for pancakes, crusts, muffins, biscuits and bread recipes.
