MOCU Protein Pancake Mix is clean and simply made. Our mix is NON-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free. It is especially unique because it has 22 grams of plant-based protein per serving from hemp and peas grown in the USA. Our nonirradiated oat flour is also made from oats grown in the USA and is gluten-free. It also contains coconut MCT oil, which is a concentrated coconut oil that not only makes our pancakes creamy, but is also a healthy fat that is packed with nutritional benefits. Our mix is the perfect way to start your day with some plant-based power!
For traditional pancakes: Combine pancake mix with water and stir until combined. Adjust water and mix according to preference. Grease griddle or pan and warm over medium high heat. Drop about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan. Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip. Cook for another minute.
For mug cakes: Mix as directed, then microwave on high for 1.5 minutes, or until mix is no longer wet.
Add syrup and enjoy!
1 Serving = 2-3 pancakes = 1/2 cup mix + 1/2 cup water
4 Servings = 10-12 pancakes = 2 cups mix + 2 cups water
